First Solid Food For Baby, Moms Should Try It!

Ziah is getting bigger and she is not only needing milk that's why I had to start slowly introducing her to a solid food, because sooner she'll be needing more than her usual milk or food. So I started researching online about what food that my baby should be taken for the first time. But most of what I've read online is about vegetables, Its the safest food for the baby.

So I made my own recipe for my little munchkin. Since we just had fresh malunggay from our backyard, I just get some and started to prepare my recipe. These are what you'll be needing.

1 cup cooked rice
2 tsp malunggay leaves
 1/2 cup of water
2 pinch of salt blender

You just put all the ingredients in your blender, blend well and cooked in a low fire to avoid drying up the food. I also made another recipe using the "snow beans" along with the other ingredients with the same instructions of cooking.

I chose these two different ingredients because it has so much of vitamins. Malunggay is rich in iron, calcium, vitamin C, protein and many more, it is also called "Miracle Vegetable" since lots of people are using this for their illness. It is also super-food rich in Antioxidants. While Snow peas is rich in vitamin K, dietary fiber, vitamin B and C, Folate, Manganese and many more. So these vegetables are suitable for your baby also. It's very nutritious for your baby
