Today I'm alone here at the house and I'm feeling a little bit of a headache perhaps it's just my tummy teasing my head (Lol). But I just remember that I don’t have lunch yet!, and its already 2 P.M but since I don’t feel to eat rice I decided to cook some snack for my growling tummy then this recipe suddenly came out of my mind. I called Pan de Cheezegg, do you wanna know why I called it with that name?, then lets find out!
This recipe is not as complicated as you think, Ingredients are easy to find in your kitchen, and so easy to prepare since it doesn’t have lots of ingredients needed. So let's get started!
INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs
4 Slice bread
Cucumber (Thin Slice)
Process Cheese
1 Medium size Onion (Slice into cubes)
2 Small tomato (Slice into cubes)
1/2 tsp powder white pepper
1/2 tsp powder black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 pinch of Magic sarap seasoning granules or if not available you can use Ajinomoto seasoning
Procedure:
- First, you need to prepare your loaf using a small cap, cut a all the bread using the cap and it will give you 16 pcs. of round loaf breads.
- Crack the egg in a bowl, add the salt and magic sarap or Ajinomoto and mix it well.
- Put all the onion, tomato, black and white pepper in a bowl together with the egg, mix well.
- Prepare your pancake tray and wipe small amount of butter around the molder.
- Now put the loaf bread inside the molder tray and start pouring the mixture.
- Put it inside the toaster and set the time for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes get the tray and put the small rectangular size ham above the bread.
- Sprinkle some grated cheese before putting back in the toaster for another 8 minutes.
- After it cooked, remove from the pan and let it cool for a bit.
- Slightly fold your cucumber and pin it above the Pan de Cheezeeg using a toothpick.
Now you can enjoy your bite size snack without being so messy. You can also choose any cream for this recipe.
NOTE: You can make different sizes for this recipe. and just double up the recipe.
